Verified ID Process
Used as a last resort!
Passport: Your passport must be current/up to date
Photo card ID: Up to date showing clear photo
Driving license: Valid license showing a clear photo
If you can’t verify yourself through our 3 step verification process we will ask you to confirm your identity via our online ID verify feature. If you fail any one of the verification steps we have the right to request an Online ID check at any time before or during your subscription period.
We only ask you to verify your profile for your safety and others safety. Our aim is to create a safe environment to find love if you can’t verify yourself you may be removed from our system, if you’re a paying member then your subscription may be canceled.
